Arriving in Liguria alone, I was initially held back by the unfamiliar. Solitude shaped my days, making me hesitant to raise the camera or engage with what surrounded me. Images came together slowly, often revealing themselves only the next morning. Over time, that distance softened—solitude gave way to a growing sense of ease, and with it, a quiet freedom to observe and film.
