Echoes is a psychological short film set along an isolated forest path, where a young man finds himself trapped in a mysterious time loop and confronted by his older self. Through natural light, shifting atmosphere, and subtle visual motifs, the cinematography emphasizes his growing disorientation while blurring the line between external reality and inner reflection. The visual approach focuses on quiet observational frames that gradually evolve into more stylized, surreal moments as the character is pushed to literally and metaphorically “follow the path” inward.
